OIC is regionally accredited through the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI).
OIC is permitted by the West Virginia Community and Technical College System.
OIC Training Academy is also certified by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission: Office of Veterans Education and Training Programs to accept Montgomery GI Bill benefits.
