Overview

OIC participates with most Local, State and Federal Financial Aid programs including PELL, WIA, HEAPS, VA and Vo-Rehab grant programs along with Stafford, Perkins and SALLIE MAE student loan programs. For more information about the different types of educational financing options available, contact Felicia Tate in our Financial Aid department at (304) 366-8142 or at 1-888-999-1602. Not every one is eligible for all of the financial aid programs, however our staff will work closely with you to ensure all financial aid options are explored.
