FERPA Training
All new staff, administration, and faculty members at OIC are required to participate in the OIC Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) training. Please access the information provided on this page for review. After you have participated in the training program, you are required to take and pass the OIC FERPA exam (please request the password to access the exam from your direct supervisor). The FERPA exam includes ten questions. You must answer at least eight of the questions correctly. After you pass the exam, you will receive a certificate for your personnel file. If you have any questions, please contact your direct supervisor.
