OIC Strategic Plan
The OIC 2010-2015 Strategic plan represents OIC Training Academy’s dedication to providing the best, most up-to-date, quality educational and career training opportunities for its students. Part of the creed passed down with the legacy of OIC’s founder, Leon Sullivan, reads that . . . “the individual served is the most important individual at OIC.” This new 5-year plan represents a renewed focus by the OIC team to provide the best services and opportunities for the people they serve. At OIC we pride ourselves in having always been an agency whose practices center round the people we serve. As we move forward through the next few years, we will continue to work diligently to provide quality in all that we do!
Although the planning committee provided oversight for the strategic planning process, the overall plan included feedback and energy from a variety of stakeholders . . . we thank you all for your investment in OIC and its students!!
